Please explain the alt in this besides the red dots and the big circle with EWE in it and the double arms? But besides that its not bad actually.

Ok so its my ic character with the EWE Championship belt around his waist standing on a pole of the EWE ring. His arms are up in a vicory like thing and the red dots are the ropes going oit
